Meet the Alpine Team
Building Expertise from a local family builder you can trust
Founder & Multi-Trade Builder
Leading the team is founder and owner David, who has over 30-years-experience in the building trade and expertise in all areas of building work and project management. He’s meticulous in his work, tenacious in his approach and no challenge is too big or small for Dave. “There’s always ways and means” is one of the favourites of Dave's (many!) catchphrases , and when he’s not out building an extension somewhere you’ll find him cruising the ‘mean streets’ of Hertfordshire on his Triumph Speedmaster.
Following closely in his dad’s footsteps, Brad is a young man of many talents. From bricklaying to woodwork, Brad can turn his hand to most aspects of building work.
Slightly more handsome than his dad but no less helpful and polite, Brad is the king of the tidy workspace. When he’s not helping his dad on their latest building project, you’ll find him listening to Elvis and playing wicket keeper for Gravely.
Whilst Dave and Brad are busy doing the physical building work, Tracey takes care of the administrative 'heavy lifting'. From working with the quantity surveyor to put together job estimates, to responding to emails and dealing with suppliers, Tracey is always busy working away in the background to help a customer and support the team. She's also an expert at chasing unpaid invoices - you have been warned!
Builder & Labourer
The silent, secret weapon in the Alpine armoury, Dale is a man of few words but many skills. He’s worked for Alpine Building Solutions for over 10-years and helps Dave and Brad maintain the highest standards of building work (and a very tidy building site!).
Almost as smooth-talking as he is at skimming walls, Mo has been a plasterer for over three decades and is as passionate today about plastering as he was 30-years ago. He’s plastered houses for the rich and famous, fished fishes “as big as Jaws” and “doesn’t have time for tea or coffee”. Mo and Dave have worked together for well over a decade, and it’s his attention to detail and passion for his trade that makes him Alpine’s go-to plasterer.
